Bridgend is a fictitious located somewhere in Scotland featuring a branch line station which has a two road engine shed and turntable attached. The usual traffic is mainly local passenger with the occasional small goods train with the goods engine shunting into the small sidings usually bringing in coal for use in the steam shed but also some for the local coal merchants. The passenger trains normally change there engine with one from the shed and the one left after coaches depart then going into shed for replenishing coal and water supplies. There is also a platform that is used for bringing in vans with goods for the local district
